She is survived by: her children, Carrie Horn (Michael) and Christy Horn (Barry); her grandchildren, George Matthew Horn, James Horn, Kayla Kirby, Misty Day and Georgetta Day; her great grandchildren, Oliver Horn and Nico Amburgey; and her brother George Wardlow.
