He is survived by: his sons, Ron Carmack (Jennifer) of Troy, Samuel Carmack (Deronda) of West Milton and Randy Carmack (Erica) of New Lebanon; his brother Doug Carmack (Janice) of Tipp City, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Courtney Carmack, Aaron Carmack, Taylor Carmack and Farrah Carmack-Quillen. He is also survived by his friends and family.
