He is survived by: his mother Brenda Apadoca (Froster); his wife Sarah Green; his children, Ashley Green, Abigail Adams, Dan Green, Matt Adams and Andrew Green; his sisters, Lynette Durbin and Karen Allison; and his stepsiblings, Erich Gruen and Skye Gruen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
