She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen A. Menard; and her daughter Rebecca Menard. She is survived by: her parents, William "Bill" Bick and Janet Bick (Smith) of Bethel, Ohio.; her children, Rachel Hacker (Jason) of Fayetteville and Matt Menard (Jamie) of Bethel, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kane Hacker, Brenden Hacker, Dakota Newberry and Jade Menard; her brother Joe Bick (Pam) of Milford, Ohio; her brothers-in-law, Mike Menard (Kathy) of Hamersville, Ohio and Mark Menard of Hamersville, Ohio; her nephew Bret Bick (Lisa); her niece Cassie Whitehouse (Jeff); her close friend Ron Daniel of Amelia, Ohio; and her pet Annie. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends and her HEMS family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Katie's memory to the Hamersville Elementary and Middle School, P.O Box 205, Hamersville, Ohio 45130 to help children in need.
