He is survived by: his mother Helen Scalf McClanahan; his siblings, Terry, Gary, David and Marla; his close friend Adele Gruber; his children, Robert Scalf Jr., Melissa Ann Diss and Alana Burns; his grandchildren, Kendall, Kaylan, Rowan, Eli and Carson; and his great grandchild Abraham.
