He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Burley and Alice Burley (Hogue); his wife Carol Burley; his son Jeffery Burley; his brother Kenny; and his grandsons, Ryan Neitzelt and Taylor Harris.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Gross (Thom) of Canal Winchester and Roger Burley (Catrina) of Marengo; his children, Stephanie Harris (Brian) of Bethesda, Steven Burley (Christine) of Belmont and David Burley (Lindsay) of Bethesda; and his grandchildren, Chad Burley, Rebecca Neitzelt, Daniel Burley, James Dowdle, Brandy Smith, Clorisa Tanner, Brooklyn Burley, Carson Burley, Reagan Burley, Cody Harris and Gage Harris. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; along with a brother in law and sister in law and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be mail to Ebenezer Baptist Church or given at the funeral proceedings.
