Though Billie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Billie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Randolph and Josephine Randolph (Smith); and her stepmother Jewell Randolph. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Bradam; her daughter Anita Whitson (John); her granddaughters, April Whitson and Janet Elliott (Jason); her great grandchildren, Kelsie Whitson, Devin Whitson, Tanner Elliott and Cody Elliott; and her stepsiblings, Pat Baker and Frank Green (Glenda). She is also survived by children and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
