She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Uhazy and Amelia Uhazy (Ballog); her husband Donald; her son Dennis; and her granddaughter Tracee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane (Jerry) and Doreen; her daughter-in-law Beth; her granddaughters, Jessica (Jim), Melanie (Glenn) and Mindy (Chance); and her great grandchildren, Madelynn, Noah (Emma), Brianna, Paige, Bailey and Caleb.
