He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Joseph and Loretta Madline. He is survived by : his significant other Janet Rinkes; his sister Ruthann White; his children, Steve Billetter (Bobbi Jo), Doug Mann (April V.) and Brandie Valkovic; and his grandchildren, Mike, Joe, Jessica, Jennifer, Clayton, Ride, Die' and Josephine. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
