He is survived by : his sons, Scott Thompson (Rebecca) of Stow, OH, David Thompson of Tiptonville, OH and Richard Thompson (Tammy) of Hornbeak, TN; his brother Fred Thompson of Bethesda, OH; his caregiver Edna Morris of Bethesda, OH; and his close friend June Cooper of Martin, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
