He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Duane and Ledra Jean Gallagher Kinney; and his brother Daryl E. Kinney. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Akers of Bethesda, Keith Kinney (Jeanne) of Belmont, Jodi Jasper, Jr. (Harold) of Lamira and Shawn Kinney (Ruby) of Bethesda; and his nieces and nephews, Victoria, Emanda, Christina and Eddie.
