He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Smith and Humphrey; his daughter Heather Jolene Brocklehurst; his siblings, Paul Smith, Patricia Steed and Donna Kress; and his pet Isaiah "Russell Bear".
He is survived by: his wife Sharon "Kay" Smith (Guiler); his son Heath Smith; his daughter-in-law Amy Smith of Belmont; his grandchildren, Alex Brocklehurst, Katie Brocklehurst and Lincoln Smith (T. S., Jr.); and his brother Ron Smith (Ruth) of Caldwell.
The family requests no gifts and no flowers.
