He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Johnson (McDonald) and Frank Meyer; his brother Alan Meyer; and his brother-in-law John Kuhr. He is survived by: his wife Holly Meyer (Worley); his children, Brandon Meyer, Reanna Meyer and Joshua Meyer; and his siblings, Larry Meyer, Tom Meyer (Betty), Linda Kuhr and Pam Johnson (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
