She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brown and Gertrude Grigsby Brown; her husband John D. Allen; and her son John Kris Allen. She is survived by: her children, Kirk Allen of Beverly, Jeff Allen (BJ) of Beverly, Kraig Allen (Lauren) of Belpre and Jill Christie of Byesville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McCurdy Funeral Home (309 6th St, Beverly, OH 45715). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
