We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2025, at the age of 94, Mildred Pennock of Beverly, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Truman Wagner and Dorothy Barnes Wagner; her husband Robert B. Pennock; her sister Ruth Ann Croy; her stepmother Luann Wagner; her parents-in-law, Harry and Marie Pennock; her siblings-in-law, Russell Pennock (Edna Phillis), Francis Pennock (Mary Lou), Dean Pennock, Bill Blackford, Alan Croy, Helen Lewis (Charles) and Eleanor Pennock; and her son-in-law Mark Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Baxter (Bill) of Parkersburg, WV, Robert N. Pennock (Mary Ann) and Pamela Jackson of Beverly, OH; her grandchildren, Carrie Smith (Brent), Jared Evans (Angie), Rudy Pennock (Ashleigh), Roxanne Heiss (Alex), Megan Pennock (J. D.) and Taylor Pugh (Joe); her stepgrandchildren, Todd Baxter (Buffy), Bill Baxter II (Linda) and Jess Jackson (Caitie); her great grandchildren, Jacob Smith, Maddie Evans (Brenden), Rylee Childers (Jude), Jackson Evans, Finnley, Evie, Hadleigh Pennock, Abram, Adele Heiss, Charlotte Pugh, Brandon Baxter (Gabby), Devon, Bailey Baxter, Graysen Tilton, Ashlyn and Scarlett Jackson; and her stepbrother Jeff Babcock (Pam). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
