Skinner; her children, Paula Starkey of Waterford, Scott Kern (Katie) of Atlanta and Artie Skinner of Marietta, Ohio; and her siblings, Joy Gage Wilson (Bryon) of Dubois, Timothea Fox (Terry) of Belpre, Debra Gibbs (Marty) of Marietta, Ohio and Joe Gage (Sue) of Beverly, Ohio.. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
