He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Mulholand (Harder) of Wilkesville; his wife Lisa Mulholand (Blankenship); his children, Cari Carter (Travis), Nicholas Mulholand (Sarah), Cayla Watson (Ryan), Casee George (Nick) and Aaron Mulholand (Courtney); his grandchildren, Austin Perroud, Collin Watson, Aubrei Perroud, Reece Watson, Jake Carter, Evelynn George, Walker George, Connor, Finnegan, Clayton and Sullivan Mulholand; his great grandchild Lucas; his sisters, Penny Danehart (Mark) and Joyce Austin; and his brothers-in-law, Keith Blankenship (Sue) and Gary Blankenship (Kathy).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the White Oak Baptist Church (1560 Nibert Rd, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
