Randall leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Randall’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Randall will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Saiter and Violet S. Saiter (Sisson). He is survived by: his wife Edna "Sue" Saiter (Bauman); his brothers, Greg (Sheila) of Delaware, OH, Mike (Sharon) of Cincinnati, OH and Terry of Columbus, OH; and his aunt Lea Saiter of Mt. Gilead. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grand and great grand nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bladensburg Community Center (25821 New Guilford Rd, Utica, OH 43005).
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Bladensburg Community Center, a local animal shelter, the Alzheimer's Association or Epilepsy Foundation.
