He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Parrot Sr. and Mary Maley; and his brother Randy Parrot Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Parrot; his children, Jennifer Anderson (Robert) of Bridgeport, Malinda Pyle (James) of Blaine, Melissa Reed (Ryan) of New Philadelphia and James Parrot Jr. (Nancy) of East Sparta; and his siblings, Robert Parrot Jr. (Dee), Elizabeth Koprivec, Denise Bates (Mike), Kay Young (Gene) and Lori Justice. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
