She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Manukin and Robert Fatula; her daughter Ann Marie Tyrell; her granddaughters, Stephanie, Brittany Faulkner and Amber Mae Tyrell; and her siblings, Barb Jackson and Jerry Fatula.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Faulkner (Brian Horne), Audra Tyrell (Heidi Combs) and Tanya Wilt (Bill); her brother Sonny Fatula (Judy); her grandchildren, Emma, Courtney, Leslie, Dillen, Eric, Nichole, Elizabeth, Katie and Timmy; Mike Gossett. She is also survived by great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
