He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjean Shrack (Bilderback) and Raymond Vance. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Vance (Riddle); his children, Kimberly Crawford (Bill), Todd Vance (Julie) and Justin Vance; and his siblings, Roger Vance (Sheri), Charles Vance (Linda), Carolyn Riddle (Bryant) and Cathy Coleman (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
