He is survived by: his wife Loma Howard (Richardson); his sons, Carl Howard, William Howard (Kimberly) of Blanchester and Philip Howard (Cathy) of Maineville, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Anna Reser (Kyle) of Pebbles, Julia Pollitt (Austin), Hayden Howard (Brittany) of Lynchburg, Logan Howard (Natalie) of Mason and Lydia Howard of Maineville, Ohio. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
