He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Ann"; his son Daniel Upton (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jayden, Emma Upton, Trevor Leach and Alanna Ritchie; his sister-in-law Barbara Upton; his nephew Nicholas Upton; and his niece Vanessa Wilshusen.
