Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dorothy Marcum of Blanchester, Ohio, born in South Lebanon, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 90, on November 8, 2025. She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Lee Marcum; her parents, Fred Coomer and Daisy Coomer; and her siblings, Larry Coomer, Bob Coomer, Lyn Coomer, Jim Coomer and Dolly Spears.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Faye Owens and Gary Lee Marcum (Deborah). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home - Blanchester Chapel (120 W Main St, Blanchester, OH 45107). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Graceland Memorial Gardens (5989 Deerfield Rd, Milford, OH 45150).
