He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughters, Amber and Alyssa (DJ); his grandchildren, Leland, Logan, Grayson, Tyler, Lyam, Kimberlyn, Trace, Gabe and Devin; and his siblings, Rich, Kandy, Vivian, Bryan, Tammy and Mike. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
