He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Barton; and his parents, Llyod Sr. Barton and Ethel Barton. He is survived by: his daughter Joy Barton; his grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany (Jeff), Andrea (Justin) and Darius (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Alistare, Trey, Lilly, Sighfer, Malya, Madden, Ernie, Aubrey, Alison and Max.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Blanchester Cemetery (520 W Main St, Blanchester, OH 45107).
