She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Smith; her parents, Ray Hopkins and Marie Hopkins (Rose); and her brothers, Jerry Hopkins and Billy Hopkins.
She is survived by: her sisters, June Neal and Carol May. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blanchester Cemetery (520 W Main St, Blanchester, OH 45107).
