He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Wallace and Lillian Wallace; his daughter Karen Hill; and his brother David Conn. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Conn; his children, Brian Conn, Michelle Deal and Gregg Cox; and his sister Patty Easterling (Bob). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southwest Ohio V. F. W. Memorial (427 S Wright St, Blanchester, OH 45107).
