He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Holbrook and Mattie Mae Holbrook; his wife Glenna Mae Holbrook; his daughter Melinda Holbrook; and his siblings, Flora Eva Day, Etta Mae Holbrook and John Holbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Lewis Holbrook, Jr. (Judy), Nancy Jones (Joseph) and Patricia Reeder; his grandchildren, Erin Black (Rusty), Joshua McMullen, Robert McMullen, Michael Reeder, Mary Elizabeth Raffel (Erik) and Matthew Reeder (Taylor); and his siblings, James Holbrook, Carl J. Holbrook and Brenda Powers (Linda White).
