He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis A. Bills; his siblings, Helen Faye Stevens, Robert Bills, Roger Bills and Raymond E. Bills; and his parents, John L. Bills and Audrey A. Bills.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Spurgeon (Kenny), Kim Ross (late Denny), Jeff Bills (Chandra), Jennifer Brown (Bob) and Tracy Huston (Bobby); his brother John Bills, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Virginia Nicely. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
