Victoria leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Victoria’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Victoria will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Highlander; and her parents, Fanchon Dapper (Billidare) and Charles Stewart. She is survived by: her children, Amy Highlander and Jason Highlander (Tasha); and her grandchildren, Devin, Seth, Dylan, Megan and Bryce.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Blanchester, OH 45107).
