He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Rhinehimer and Bernice Meadows (Willhoite); his brothers, Bobby Rhinehimer (Pam) and Steve Rhinehimer (Tammy); and his sister-in-law Tammy Rhinehimer.

He is survived by: his children, William Joseph Rhinehimer and Diana Marie Rhinehimer; and his close friend Marty Kearns.
