She is survived by: her mother Janet Acton Phillips of Frankfort; her daughter Ashley Phillips (Harold Houser) of Bloomingburg; her granddaughters, Katelyn and Lily; and her sisters, Lori Lemaster (Jimmy) of Chillicothe, Tammy Pollard (Ken) of Washington, C. H. and Amy Tuten Darrah (Scott) of Montgomery, OH. She is also survived by several nephews who she loved as her sons and great nieces and a great nephew.
