He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Smith and Pauline Blaner Smith. He is survived by: his children, Laurianne Smith and Robert S. Smith (Samantha Jo Cook); his grandchildren, Aubrey Marie Smith, Jaxson Basil and Lincoln Beatty; his siblings, Gary L. Smith (Mary Lucille), Leiann Pownall (Lee) and Kathy Smith (Kenneth); and his former wife Melinda Kerr-Humphreys.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home (215 Fernwood Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
