She is survived by: her husband George Marshall Phillips IV; her children, Rachael Heisler of Virginia, Danielle Marie Heisler, Dylan Phillips of Florida, Vada Parker, Tristan and Kristen of Alabama; and her sister Jennifer Elizabeth Wallbank (James) of Virginia.
