With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Ann (Urban) Taibi of Bloomingdale, Ohio, born in Wellsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Urban and Gertude Urban (Engstrom); her husband John Ernest Taibi; her daughter Kimberly Ann Taibi; and her sister Penny Urban.
She is survived by: her sons, John Ernest Taibi II (Diane) of Stafford, VA and Peter Taibi of Bloomingdale, OH; her grandchildren, Antonio Taibi (Holly), Garret Taibi, Brittney and Sheldon Taibi (Katie); her great grandchildren, Donovan, Abbey and Atlas Taibi; her sister Ella Cook of Bloomingdale, OH; her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Taibi of Follansbee and Theresa Iafrate of Warwood, WV; and her close friends, Josie, Ralph Urso, Kitty Martino, John and Patty Ceglie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and dear friends.
