Nancy M. Rousey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2025, at the age of 87, Nancy M. Rousey of Bloomingdale, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy M. Rousey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas C. Kincaid and Louise Elizabeth "Jayne" Derstine Kincaid. She is survived by: her husband Roland H. "Ron" Rousey; her sister Barbara Baugh (Robert); her sibling's children, Heather Whyley (Bob), Holly Harrelson and Scott Baugh (Raquel); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Caleb, Hannah, Trey, Avery, Scotty and Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Starkdale Presbyterian Church (4600 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Starkdale Church OR Valley Hospice, Inc.
