She is survived by: her husband Robert Hazelip; her children, Ryan Hazelip (Spenser Blumenschein), Kim Lash and Lacy Hazelip; her siblings, Clarence "Andy" Anderson, Joseph Anderson (Barbara), Allen Anderson (Donna), Timothy Anderson (Robbie), Sharon Sandy (Don) and Bonnie Carson; her sister-in-law Chris Anderson; and her grandchildren, Gabe, Kenzi, Luke, Levi Call, Brennon, Shayla and Greyson Butcher.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home (685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
