She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Warner and Helen Warner (Stewart); and her siblings, Clifford, William Warner, Darlene Myers and Brenda Roth.
She is survived by: her former husband John Miller; her husband Ronald Chaffee; and her children, Carla Martin of Greenville, SC, Anita Gilliland of Bellevue, John Miller of Dixon Springs, TN, Connie Enders of Bloomville and Roger Chaffee Bloomville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
