He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Miller and Monica Miller; his son Gary Shoup; his brother Richard Miller; and his nephews, Joe and Conner Miller.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Shoup (Amy) of Hardy, VA and Mike Shoup of Bloomville; his siblings, Sharon Carroll of Castalia, Carol Reider (Ed) of Oak Harbor and David Miller of San Diego, CA; and his sister-in-law Sharon Miller of Sandusky. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
