She was predeceased by: her parents, Janetta Wilson and Raleigh Wilson; and her brother Donald R. Wilson (Pat). She is survived by: her husband John D. Phelps; and her children, Lisa R. Pruitt (Wade), Jeffrey D. Phelps (Penny), James S. Phelps (Dana) and Jason A. Phelps (Amy). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
