She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bushelman and Martha Bushelman (McCann); and her sister Jane Spaeth. She is survived by: her siblings, Mike Bushelman (Linda), Jerry Bushelman (Shelly) and Mary Fox (Michael); and her brother-in-law Robert Spaeth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
