He was predeceased by : his parents, John Fisher and Ernestine Fisher (Crissman). He is survived by : his wife Debbie Meyerenke Fisher; his son Charles "Drew" Andrew Fisher; his daughter-in-law Julia Fisher; his daughter Paige Nicole Fisher; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Kammer (late Butch), Diane Martin (Jim), Mary Ann Peters (Jim) and Julie Curry (Mark). He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
