She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Portula and Clara Portula; her husband Howard R. Smith; and her siblings, Betty Sawyer, Ron Portula and Margaret Portula.
She is survived by : her children, Dan Smith (Pam) and Rhonda Toles (Chris); and her grandchildren, Rachel, Kristen, Kyle Toles, Jeremy and Brandon Smith.
