It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Lee Subotnik of Blue Ash, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Subotnik and Irene Haus; and his sister Lori Subotnik. He is survived by : his stepfather Jerry Haus; and his siblings, Greg Subotnik (Karen), Lolly Spilka (Jack), Karen Haus-Smith (Terrance), Doreen Stanley (Ethan) and Amy Jacoby (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
