He is survived by : his parents, E. Lee Bannen and Carolyn Bannen (Marsh); his former life partner Erika Temple; his pets, Pepper, Leo and Gus; and his friends, Molly Monk, Brian Wofford and David Young. He is also survived by his many relatives and friends.
