He was predeceased by : his wife Margaret Heffner (Porter); and his son Guy Heffner. He is survived by : his children, Victoria Heffner, Ralph Heffner, Jr. (Judith), Delores Heffner, Keith Heffner (Catherine) and Kurt Heffner; his grandchildren, Kyle Heffner (Cassandra), Stephen Heffner (Cassidy), Dannielle Hagge (Chris Hagge), Alex Heffner, Elizabeth Heffner and Christina Heffner; his great grandchildren, Molly McHone, Kayden Heffner, Caroline Heffner, Adelaide Udris, Emmett Heffner and Liam Heffner; and his sister Jane Caudill.
In lieu of flowers his family suggests making a gift in Ralph's memory to Little Miami Joint Fire & Rescue or to the American Pancreatic Association.
