With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia O'Hara of Blue Creek, Ohio, who passed away on February 14, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Job Ernest Shafer and Thelma Shafer (Beam). She is survived by : her husband Jacques O'Hara (Jack); her children, Peggy Chalker (James), Mark O'Hara (Jodi) and Kent O'Hara (Susan); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Austin O'Hara (Kelsey), Carrie Featherstone (Austin), Jack Chalker and Kate O'Hara; and her great grandchildren, Maelyn, Leah and Autumn O'Hara.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Fellowship of Peebles or Hospice of Hope-Ohio (In-Patient wing).
