He is survived by : his mother Anna Moore Hayslip; his children, Rhonda Anderson (Dean) of Portsmouth, Michelle Trowbridge of Portsmouth, William "Bubby" Hayslip (Kari) of Stout, Ronald Hayslip Jr. (Heather) of Blue Creek and Brandon Hayslip (Lora) of Stout; and his siblings, Mike Hayslip (Cindy) and Wilma Humble. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
