It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald F. Milner of Blue Rock, Ohio, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl F. Milner and Ellen Milner (Treadway); his wife Lois M. Milner; and his brother Sonny Milner. He is survived by : his children, Scott Milner and Sheila Daily; his grandchildren, Zach Milner, Colby Ayres, Lexi Milner, Jessica Shook, Jody Shook and Josie Bui; his great grandchildren, Brennan Seifert, Kaiden Shook, Jessiah Bui and Deklin Bui; and his sister Donna Miller (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
